General
  1. These terms and conditions govern our relationship for the purchase by you and supply by us of goods offered for sale on this website to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. When you place an order there will be a legally binding contract between you and Funslinger Limited.
  2. All items shown on our website are subject to availability. If we are unable for any reason to supply an item you have ordered we will contact you by email or phone to discuss when the item may be available, a substitute or a refund. Every effort is made to display items as accurately as our photographs and your computer screen will allow.
  3. Every effort is made to categorise and describe items as accurately as possible. Any measures or weights given are approximate and for guidance only.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in GB pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Prices do not include postage or packaging.
  5. We reserve the right to reject your order and in those circumstances we will credit your account if any monies have been deducted.
  6. The limit of our liability to any customer shall be restricted to the price of the goods supplied and nor shall we be liable for any consequential loss save where imposed by Statute.
  7. We cannot be held liable for any loss any person may suffer if any third party obtains unauthorised access to any data including the details you provide when using this website unless solely due to our negligence.
