Delivery and Times
  1. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order.
  2. We send goods using Royal Mail or similar national courier.
  3. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
  4. For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom delivery times may be longer.
 
No Quibble, No Hassle.

We do not want you to be dissatisfied or unhappy in any way with your purchase or choice. We recognise even the best quality photographs are not a substitute for browsing in person. The steps you should take depend upon whether an item is unwanted or damaged. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unwanted Items

You can return an item for a refund within 10 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and with complete original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for an item that is not received. Please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for an item/order valued up to £46.00 and Royal Mail Special Delivery for an item/order valued £46.01 and over. Reassuringly you will be able to prove delivery or be compensated by Royal Mail if there is a mishap. Your refund and postage costs will be processed upon receipt of your unwanted item/order and reimbursement made in the same way you originally made payment. An email confirmation will be sent.

Damaged Items

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt by email to confirm which item is damaged and provide a brief description. Kindly note the damaged item must be retained. We may need to ask you to provide photographs or return the item to help resolve matters. Your refund will be made in the same way you originally made payment. An email confirmation will be sent.

Other Difficulties

Despite our very best efforts things will occasionally go wrong. Items may be sent in error, missing, incomplete or not as described. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt by email with a brief explanation. We will contact you to discuss a refund, replacement or substitute and let you know how we propose to resolve matters.
